Three-Peat! Groveton Jr High School Captures First Place at District UIL
Groveton Jr High School has done it again! For the third consecutive year, our students earned the First Place Championship title at the District UIL Academic Meet.
Students and staff competed in two District UIL Academic meets held on Saturday, December 13, and Friday, January 9, facing strong competition from across the district. Our students rose to the challenge, demonstrating outstanding academic skill and determination across a wide range of events.
Groveton ISD proudly recognizes the dedication and hard work of both students and staff who made this achievement possible. Success at this level reflects countless hours of studying, practicing, and coaching—often before and after school.
Congratulations to all of our competitors and the staff members who guided them. Thank you for bringing this championship home to Groveton once again and for representing our school with excellence.
