To file a program discrimination complaint, complete the USDA Program Discrimination Complaint Form, AD-3027, found online at How to File a Program Discrimination Complaint and at any USDA office or write a letter addressed to USDA and provide in the letter all of the information requested in the form. To request a copy of the complaint form, call (866) 632-9992. NOTIFICATION OF NONDISCRIMINATION IN CAREER AND TECHNICAL EDUCATION PROGRAMS FOR GROVETON ISD

GROVETON INDEPENDENT SCHOOL DISTRICT offers career and technology education programs in Home Economics, Trade and Industrial Education, Agricultural Science/Technology and Agribusiness, and Business Education. Admission to these programs is based on interest and aptitude, age appropriateness, and available class space.

It is the policy of GISD not to discriminate on the basis of race, color, national origin, sex, or handicap in its vocational programs, servicesor activities and provides equal access to the Boy Scouts and other dsignated youth groups as required by Title VI of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, as amended; Title IX of the Education Amendments of 1972; and Section 504 of the Rehabilitation Act of 1973, as amended.
